3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. This bonus is not cash — to withdraw the bonus amount, you must wager 25 times the bonus value. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Separate wagering conditions apply for each bonus.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn — it can only be used for betting.
• Requesting a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn unless mcw link announces an exception in special circumstances. If incorrect odds or an incorrect bet is accepted due to a system error, mcw link reserves the right to void that bet.

5.2 Odds Changes

Displayed odds are subject to change and are updated according to market conditions. The odds shown at the time a bet is confirmed are final; if odds change afterwards, they do not apply to confirmed bets.

5.3 Match Cancellation and Postponement Rules

If an event is not completed within the scheduled time or is cancelled, bets on that event will be settled according to mcw link's established rules. Stakes on cancelled events are generally refunded.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mcw link:

• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds.
• Betting using bots, scripts or automated software.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Any action that undermines the platform's security systems.

If any such activity is proven, the account will be suspended or permanently closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

10.1 Force Majeure

mcw link will not be held liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government orders, cyberattacks or other uncontrollable circumstances.

11 Account Suspension and Closure Policy

mcw link may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Serious breach of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to provide documents required for verification.

If any valid balance remains after account closure and no breach of rules has occurred, that amount will be returned after verification.

12 Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content used on the mcw link platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics — is the intellectual property of mcw link or its partner organisations. Copying, distributing or using these for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.

13 Severability and Entirety of Terms
